В номере не было окна, это чуть скрадывало уют.

«Оставались на 4 ночи.»

Оставались на 4 ночи. Цена отличная - качество выше даже моих ожиданий. Получили номера на самом верхнем этаже. Вид был хороший, окна большие. В номере чисто. Персонал очень помогает в всех вопросах. В Сан-Хосе все время проблема с 50 баксами при оплате, ну не хотят они брать эту купюру. Менять на колоны не было ни времени, ни желания. А вот в отеле мне всегда разбивали 50 на более мелкие купюры хоть совершенно не были обязаны это делать. Впечатлен!!!

Отель расположен в самом центре Сан Хосе. Большое современное здание с прозрачными полами в холле и двухэтажными номерами. Современная сантехника и освещение. новая мебель.Есть подземная парковка,куда можно опуститься на лифте.

«Супер !!!»

Мы приехали сюда поздно ночью.Такси из аэропорта стоило 30 долларов. Через 3 недели улетали обратно ,останавливались в этом же отеле,заказали такси на ресепшн ,и заплатили уже 40 "зелёных". Учитывая,что до аэропорта 18 км ,считаю,что 2 доллара за км крутовато для Коста Рики.Даже в Майми цены на такси меньше. Отель современный в самом центре города ,номера двухуровневые с хорошими интерьерами.

A localização do quarto é excelente, equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto que ficamos era muito grande, com uma ante sala, com sofá, cozinha pequena, o quarto e o banheiro eram bem grandes e confortáveis. A localização é excelente, voce consegue fazer tudo a pé e é bem pertinho. Gostei muito. Super recomendo!

A localização do hotel é excelente e os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar.

Dizer que o hotel tem uma academia não corresponde à realidade. O que há são duas bicicletas e uma esteira acomodadas numa sala do subsolo. O café da manhã é bom, mas não justifica o preço U$S 15,00.

"Bom custo beneficio"

O café da manhã dentro do padrão, sem mta novidade. Ficamos no primeiro dia q chegamos e no retorno da viagem de carro no último dia. Na primeira estadia foram bem agradáveis providenciando um lanche para levar na viagem para Tortuguero, já q saimos antes do horário do café. No retorno, a bicama( cama extra) não estava feita e demoraram muito com a roupa de cama e banho. Tb não era confortável, como a outra do primeiro quarto que ficamos. Mas o quarto como todo é extremamente confortável e tudo novinho. Ótimo custo benefício

"Me senti em casa. Bom voltar para um hotel com o Exe San Jose, depois de um dia de passeios!!!"

O quarto foi surpreendentemente bom!!!! Superconfortável e lindo. O hotel todo é uma enorme surpresa boa!!!O pessoal de recepção super disponíveis, nos ajudaram com os pequenos probleminhas que surgem nas viagens. Muito bom. Voltaria.

Da localização mesmo muito central , do facto de ter parque de estacionamento, bom pequeno almoço

De ter recebido um quarto que tinha sido ocupado e não tinham limpo esse quarto , obviamente que o trocaram , do facto de não ter janelas , ter lixo á porta

"O quarto que ficamos era enorme!"

O quarto que ficamos era enorme!! Confortavel.

Quarto totalmente cheio de poeira, como se tivesse acabado a obra naquele momento. Poeira em todos os moveis, na escada, em tudo!!!! Como chegamos tarde no hotel nao vimos nada, mas tenho rinite entao me incomodou a noite, quando acordamos, percebemos toda essa poeira.

O café da manhã é excepcional, com excelente buffet de queijos, frios, iogurte, bolos e cakes. A localização é perfeita, muito perto do Teatro Nacional e da Catedral e relativamente próximo de Museus como o Nacional e o de Jade. Além disso, há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades também. A equipe da recepção é excelente, sempre disponível para informações e para ajudá-lo.

Buona posizione per uscire durante il giorno, la sera non è raccomandabile

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per 2 volte in meno di 2 settimane ma nonostante avessero ampia disponibilità, la seconda volta ci è stata assegnata una pessima camera (324), senza finestre e con soffitto bassissimo, quasi claustrofobica. Le prese di corrente e il phon erano fuori uso e quando l'abbiamo fatto presente in reception ci hanno detto che sapevano di un problema di elettricità in quella camera. Allora perché assegnarla?! alle 23, dopo una lunghissima giornata di viaggio, ci hanno offerto di asciugare i capelli in un'altra camera. Al check-in in ci hanno offerto un late check out di cortesia alle ore 14 ma il mattino seguente hanno cambiato idea... Abbiamo fatto Colazione alle 9.00 (termine ore 10.00) ma c'era solo una persona in turno quindi, tutti i tavoli erano sporchi, succhi e frutta terminati e non rimpiazzati, il ragazzo in palese difficoltà quindi abbiamo rinunciato anche ad ordinare qualcosa di caldo, peccato!
